This is a glimpse at my healing journey and how one tool led to the next. The introduction and progression of healing arts modalities have strengthened my toolkit and opened the doorway for my research in consciousness and aesthetics.

I will describe what has worked for me and what hasn't and why, as well as some of the most valuable insights gained. Many of my connections have been seemingly synchronistic, but perhaps are more likely attributed to cultural factors.
