Evolving in Real Time

Part of this practice includes developing alongside clients, always striving for the best authentic presentation and resources. Early on this journey, I gave myself permission to be raw, unfiltered and creative as a way of maintaining transparency with the evolution process in order to establish objective data and build solid framework on a stable foundation. It is about establishing a model for people to reference when attempting to understand the power of consciousness in the creative process. Your growth becomes more informed and guided so you are not lost, wandering around alone in the dark forever, looking for a way out, like I was.

It is important to note that the heuristics approached in this space are integral. This method is experimental; this procedure is creative. It is safe space, full of non-judgment and curiosity.

For those friends, fans and clients who have been along for the ride with the all-access passes and behind-the-scenes looks into the production quadrant that is my professional practice, this initiation framework has been an ever-evolving story line with shifting narratives and multi-faceted perspective taking. As confusing as it can be at times, clarity comes from consistently approaching the fringes of human limitation and extending the barriers beyond expectation.

The scariest part about carving space into the unknown is opening up the Self to the vulnerability that comes with expansion. Personally, preservation of the core self comes from discerning safety: who, what, where, when, why and how all factor into the decision to consciously make changes, whether they are private or incorporated into some social dynamic. The narrative is written first-hand on account of subjective interpretation, then the story is shared as a means of establishing connection and identity within a larger group. It is a responsibility we share as a gregarious species.

At this junction in my conscious evolution journey, I am reevaluating the map I've created along the way. There is a crossroads I stand at and now need to make decisions about which direction to point next. All the waypoints and side route markers have been logged. Alternative pathways explored and recorded. Rest stops, scenic routes, dead ends - they are all mapped. What I am experiencing now is the anxiety that comes from where the signs "should" be posted. With what authority, and in what jurisdiction, does this "mapping" have to do with anything anyway?

With this travel guide to the human experience carefully crafted and in hand, what am I "supposed" to do now? We've been here before, so now what? Redesigning any system is no easy feat. The funny part about it is no matter "what" happens, change will ultimately occur. An antecedent precedes any behavior for which a consequence naturally occurs. That "conscious" part is the ability to recognize patterns within a system and "knowing" when to shift gears or hit the brakes. Having an impact on the outcome takes some finesse accumulated after lots of practice.

And years of practice I have. Experiencing personal development on public platforms through the arts and academia has given me some breadth to explore uncharted territories with unwarranted exuberance. As we embark on this chapter of cultivating consciousness with Kelsey, the focus is to continue to consolidate and concentrate on access and readability. Being a guide for conscious evolution is something we can discuss in another post.

FINDING YOUR GUIDE

The easiest way of getting support is to be direct. You can call, text, email, direct message on social media platforms... when there is a will there is a way. Sometimes our paths naturally cross, so whether or not you take the opportunity depends on your recognition. What I find most in this space is that most people would rather be found than go looking for what they are trying to find. They want a portrait of themselves painted a specific way rather than a mirror that exposes to them their blind spots.

In this practice, not only do I evolve in real time, I witness people evolving right in front of me on a regular basis. It is fascinating to see the conscious shift when patterns break and walls start collapsing around limited belief systems.

Accountability sets the precedent for consciously making changes to evolve in your experience. When we can create the containers for people to exist in safely as their true self, we consistently invite development into the arena for catalyst interactions to occur.

Indirect support comes from taking accountability for your actions and supporting others in their own conscious evolution. Whether or not your approach is passive or active, that change will come; and when it does, it is up to you to make the connections with others. Safely.

Putting myself out there is on me. Speaking up and sharing the knowledge, bypassing imposter syndrome and embracing authority have all been challenges I face. Deciding on a name and what to call this practice seem superfluous at the end of the day. What matters most to me in this space is that the evolution is real. Engaging humanity through the cultivation of conscious creativity is the core value system at play here. What it means to evolve consciously as a creative community forms the epicenter of the research I do.

CONNECTING TO REALITY

Here is one of my favorite subjects to explore: What constitutes what is real and what is pretentious? People are really good at forming narratives to write a story that paints the characters in a certain light. Who is the villain and who is the superhero? Portraying the self in a "positive" manner has become the underlying tone to social interactions. Heaven forbid someone be seen as "negative" except to bolster the ego of said pompous ego maniac objectifying another in relation to a projected identity.

What we deem as "real" in a social construct is often the fabrication of a program written to favor power structures actively controlling a populace. That's a really chewy description for a mouthful of philosophical rhetoric attempting to describe something we relate to conceptually as a means of public relations.

I have a way of complicating things in order to come up with a simpler solution to a complex problem. A walking paradox, if you will. Indirect directness is a way of combatting the direct indirectness of civilization. It is resolving with peace. Find the patterns and compare notes between the subjective and objective information that comes barreling down the road on the journey of the human experience. Then figure out where you can contribute to enhancing the world for everyone.

Discerning between emotion and logic may also behoove us to talk about at this pit-stop. Holding the space within for two things to simultaneously be true takes practice in order to avoid cognitive dissonance. That dissonance just might be the key to unlocking the mystery of how does anyone really know, you know? Harmony and alignment are the antithesis to the energetic disorder of raucous interactions.

Getting past the ego of what you want something to be versus what something actually "is" can be challenging if you are holding onto the notion that superiority comes from some iconoclastic social construct.

TIMING IS EVERYTHING

The year of the Fire Horse is the perfect time to launch this project that has been incubating for so long. It has morphed, taking on many shapes and forming many connections along the way. For more than a decade, this project has been patiently awaiting the arrival of "perfect timing." This year represents a rare and powerful cycle that happens every 60 years. With speed and passion, we finally get to hit the ground running.

The vision I am having right now has to do with my cosmic hero and the manifestation of the horse as a prominent symbol for how I relate to my journey. It began with a horse running from the ground into the cosmos; but today, that cosmic horse is coming back down to planet Earth, full force and on fire. There is a serendipitous "ah-ha!" moment happening here. Thank you for taking part of this experience with me.

"You don't always get what you want."

Not that you necessarily get what you "need," however the consequential nature to life impresses upon us the notion of kismet. The "Consciousness" component to all of this emphasizes how aware we are of our own existence and how our actions impact the patterns that simultaneously occur around us, always. Patterns are factual. When we can detach from a particular perspective and include various perspectives into an understanding (a knowledge bank we can reference), we can recognize limitations in beliefs and have some sense of what we mean when we begin to understand the concept of "Consciousness."

It has been a Hell of a journey, I can tell you that much.

With anything I do, there seems to be no beginning and no end. I can go on and on and on about the subject of #CultivatingConsciousness, and much of the consultation I put out into the world serves its purpose when the timing aligns just right. The transference of energy from one conduit body to another is something we can all agree on. What is neither created or destroyed is moved by the creative and destructive forces that shape the experiences that consciousness serves. Our part in that conscious creative construct is relative to our evolution as a whole.

Ending this transmission on a waypoint of quantum awareness, we can start to entertain the possibilities that our wellness can stem from internally directing all this energy in a symbiotic relationship with all energy external to whatever entity is identified as "Self." This can get categorically out of hand if we don't have some sort of home base we can all come back to; like a big breath, we radically accept we are evolving humans.

Homo-luminous or bust!
